The International Lutheran Council envisions a class of twelve students each year in the Lutheran Leadership Development Program (LLDP). Students are selected by the LLDP council on the basis of the recommendation of bishops/presidents of Lutheran church bodies from around the world. Selected students must hold the equivalent of a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) degree from an accredited institution of higher learning with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Proficiency in New Testament Greek is also preferable.
Church bodies wishing to nominate an individual for the Lutheran Leadership Development Program may contact the International Lutheran Council here.
